Contactless Payment Systems Trendy under the New Social Distancing Protocol

Santa Clara-The Health Department of Santa Clara issued a public health order on July 2, 2020 for all businesses to remain open.  And business are required to submit revised Social Distancing Protocol.

Under the protocol, business are required to adopt Measures to Prevent Unnecessary Contact (§7.4).

Install contactless devices (including contactless payment systems, motion sensor lights, automatic soap and towel dispensers, and contactless timecard systems) if possible.

Most businesses, including yours, have not implemented contactless payment systems and continue to do tableside payments. This remains an opportunity for virus transmission. Customers agree and dislike any shared contact activities.  This can be easily remedied.

Restaurants are already using Facepay to reduce the virus transmission opportunity and become fully compliant with the health order. They do so with no changes to their business with the added benefit of 0% transaction fees.

Your customers simply Scan-to-Pay tableside with their phone.  Customers have no software to install and use secure direct bank debit technology by Visa.

We are a Mountain View company founded by former executives from Intuit, the makers of Quickbooks and TurboTax.

The best way to use Facepay is by combining your scan menu with scan payments at the table.   Both menu and payment scanning are state and local health requirements. You can also just as easily place just a Facepay payment code by itself.

Please let us know if you need your menu online as well.  We can help you.

Thank you for your time. Let’s keep customers healthy, together.
