BREA MAYOR MARICK AND COUNCILMEMBERS HUPP, SIMONOFF, AND VARGAS ENDORSE PHILLIP CHEN FOR STATE ASSEMBLY

ORANGE COUNTY, CA – Brea Mayor Christine Marick joined Mayor Pro Tem Cecilia Hupp and Councilmembers Marty Simonoff and Steve Vargas in endorsing conservative small business owner Phillip Chen for State Assembly.
“You can count on Phillip Chen to be a strong voice against unfunded mandates and intrusive regulations from Sacramento and to help create good jobs in Orange County,” said Brea Mayor Christine Marick.
Chen has already received the endorsements of Congressman Dana Rohrabacher, Board of Equalization Member Diane Harkey, State Senators Janet Nguyen and Bob Huff; Assemblymembers Travis Allen and Young Kim; Los Angeles County Supervisor Mike Antonovich; Orange County Supervisors Shawn Nelson and Michelle Steel; and the California Small Business Association.
The 55th Assembly District is split between Orange, San Bernardino and Los Angeles Counties.
