San Gabriel, CA—The Consulate General of the People’s Republic of China in Los Angeles hosted a reception today in celebration of the upcoming Chinese New Year, which drew attendance of over 700 guests, including elected officials and business and community leaders.

Ambassador Guo also stressed the importance of the Chinese community’s participation and contribution to the development of China-U.S. relations. “We will consistently improve our service for overseas Chinese, and exert utmost efforts to provide better consular services,” Guo added.
