Atlanta, GA–Forbes Travel Guide today debuted its 61st annual list of Star Rating winners, recognizing the world’s finest properties and rewarding gracious, intuitive service.
Forbes Travel Guide rates properties in 76 countries throughout the Americas, Europe, Asia-Pacific, Africa and the Middle East.
The Beverly Hills Hotel, Four Seasons Hotels Los Angeles at Beverly Hills, Montage Beverly Hills, the Peninsula Beverly Hills, Viceroy L’Ermitage, and Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills in Beverly Hills were rated Five-Star hotels.
U.S. cities with the highest number of Five-Star hotels include: New York (10), Beverly Hills (6) and Miami (5). It is worth noting that fourteen hotels in Beverly Hills have achieved a Five-Star award for 20 years or more, which include: The Beverly Hills Hotel, The Peninsula Beverly Hills and Viceroy L’Ermitage Beverly Hills.
The Beverly Hilton, and Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel were rated Four-Star hotels.
The following restaurants in Beverly Hills were rated Four-Star restaurants: The Belvedere at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, and Jean-Georges Beverly Hills. CUT Beverly Hills at Beverly Wilshire, and the Polo Lounge were recommended for Four-Star.
La Prairie Spa at Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills, the Spa at Beverly Wilshire, and Spa Montage were rated Five-Star spas, while the Peninsula Spa Beverly Hills Four-Star.
