ORANGE COUNTY – For the second year in a row, Assemblyman
(R-Brea) has been named the “Legislator of the Year” by the Orange County Business Council (OCBC), earning a perfect score on their legislative scorecard. In 2017, he earned a 94% rating.

Assemblyman Chen is a small business owner and a former educator. The 55th Assembly District includes parts of Orange, San Bernardino and Los Angeles Counties.
