UNE Kuala Lumpur Bureau and KJ Institute Office Officially Inaugurated

Kuala Lumpur — The UNE Kuala Lumpur Bureau and the KJ Institute Office were officially inaugurated in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, marking a significant milestone in expanding international media cooperation, think tank research, and regional collaboration.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by distinguished guests from the media, academia, business community, and various sectors, who gathered to witness the official unveiling. Participants noted that the establishment of the two offices will strengthen engagement with Southeast Asia while creating a new platform for media communication, policy research, cultural exchange, and business cooperation.

The UNE Kuala Lumpur Bureau will leverage its international media network to provide timely, objective, and comprehensive coverage of developments in Malaysia and the wider Southeast Asian region, fostering greater information exchange and mutual understanding.

Meanwhile, the KJ Institute Office will focus on forward-looking research in areas including regional economic development, technological innovation, artificial intelligence, the digital economy, education, and cultural cooperation. It aims to provide high-quality policy research, strategic consultation, and collaborative solutions for governments, businesses, and institutions.

Representatives of both organizations stated that they will uphold the principles of openness, cooperation, and mutual benefit, promote deeper integration between media and think tank resources, and contribute to stronger people-to-people exchanges, economic cooperation, and shared development between China, Malaysia, and ASEAN countries.
