In anticipation of the high turnout, authorities implemented extensive crowd control measures. Police were deployed early to manage foot traffic in nearby subway stations, where certain exits were temporarily restricted depending on crowd conditions to prevent sudden congestion.

Additional measures were taken to reduce overcrowding risks. From 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Seoul Metropolitan Subway trains bypassed Gwanghwamun Station without stopping, helping to limit passenger buildup in the immediate area.

Crowds began forming as early as 10 a.m., nearly ten hours before the performance. Attendees from around the world gathered and, under staff guidance, proceeded through security checks and entered designated sections in an orderly manner. Despite the large turnout, overall movement remained smooth, with no major incidents reported. One attendee noted, “There were a lot of people, but it felt safe following the instructions.”
