TUSTIN, CA — On December 8, 2025, the Tustin Police Department was notified of a potential sexual relationship between a student and a former school employee. During the investigation, the victim disclosed to detectives that there had been unlawful sexual contact with a former assistant coach at Tustin High School. Further inquiry also revealed inappropriate communication between the employee and the student.
The former school employee has been identified as Ashley Fraga, 23, of Tustin, CA. Fraga was arrested on December 11, 2025, at approximately 3:35 PM in the City of Tustin.
The Tustin Unified School District has fully cooperated with the police throughout the investigation. Detectives caution that there may be additional victims and encourage anyone with information to contact School Resource Officer Hense at 714-573-3186.
Charges filed against Fraga include:

PC 261.5 – Unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor

PC 288.3(a) – Contact with a minor to commit a felony

PC 288(a)(b)(1) – Oral copulation with a person under the age of 18
