LOS ANGELES, CA -The Kenneth Hahn Hall of Administration (HOA) in Downtown Los Angeles, headquarters for the Assessor’s Office, Auditor-Controller’s Office, Treasurer-Tax Collector’s Office, and Board of Supervisors, will be closed on Monday, 11/3/2025, for the Dodgers victory parade.
The parade, celebrating the second consecutive World Series championship for the Boys in Blue, will consist of a route through Downtown Los Angeles and is expected to pass by the Civic Center and Grand Park. Crowds are anticipated to gather early Monday and remain until later in the afternoon. Traffic will be significantly impacted.

The HOA will reopen and return to regular operations on Tuesday, 11/4/2025.
“We congratulate our Dodgers for winning their second consecutive World Series,” said Assessor Jeff Prang. “Our offices will be closed Monday for the victory parade. Please remember to celebrate safely and peacefully. See you there and Go Dodger Blue.”
