One Irvine Neighborhood Revitalization Program Opens June 17 at 10 a.m.
IRVINE- The One Irvine program helps maintain and improve older neighborhoods by offering grants and loans to qualified homeowners. If your single-family home or condo was built in or before 1980, you may qualify for:
- A $1,500 Green Home Grant for energy-saving improvements
- A Home Improvement Loan up to $25,000 for repairs or upgrades
Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and must be complete to be considered. Required documents include:
- Photo ID for all owners
- Grant Deed or Deed of Trust
- Utility bill
- Property insurance
Homes with reverse mortgages or more than three liens are not eligible.
