LOS ANGELES-A reward of up to $20,000 is being offered in exchange for information leading to the arrest of Richard Ayvazyan and Marietta Terabelian, both wanted for violating their pretrial release in Los Angeles, California.
On October 20, 2020, Ayvazyan and Terabelian were charged federally by the United States District Court for the Central District of California, Los Angeles, California, with conspiracy to commit wire fraud and bank fraud. On December 4, 2020, they were placed under pretrial release supervision at their residence. On or about August 29, 2021, the pair is believed to have cut their tracking bracelets and fled their Tarzana residence. A bench warrant was issued for their arrest on August 30, 2021, after they were charged federally with violation of pretrial release. Agents believe that Terabelian and Ayvazyan are travelling together. 
Ayvazyan and Terebelian and codefendants were found guilty at trial for operating a scheme in which they fraudulently obtained millions of dollars in Covid 19 relief programs.
Ayvazyan has previously resided in Tarzana, Los Angeles, Encino, and North Hills, California. He is known to drive a white Range Rover with California license plates 7ZAB185 and a white 2004 Toyota Camry with California license plates 5JYK335. Ayvazyan is known to abuse drugs.
