LA County Assessor Launches New Website
Los Angeles — The Office of the Assessor has launched a new and improved website that features a sleek and highly functional design. The site is not just improvements to the old website, but a completely rebuilt from the ground-up platform.
The new website is easier to use and is optimized for mobile and tablet devices. It features an improved “target keyword search” feature, as well as new informational content and toolkits.
One of the updated features includes an artificial intelligence CHATBOT that can answer the most common questions. Various assessment calculators and tools increase the usability and navigation of the site…a one-stop-shop for property tax administration resources.
