Los Angeles—CC Royal Realty, an established real estate business, opened a new office in Rowland Heights on August 18 to better serve its clients in Walnut, Diamond Bar, Chino, Chino Hills and other cities and communities in greater Pomona Valley area.
CC Royal Realty was founded by Cathy Cheng, a well-known realtor in Los Angeles who has more than two decades of experience in real estate business and education.
“CC Royal Realty will continue to uphold “Client First” philosophy, and maintain our good reputation in the industry,” said Cheng. “Utilizing our decades of experience, we plan to launch CC Royal Business School, and develop training curriculum, thus creating a platform for new agents to succeed in real estate business.”
The grand opening was celebrated by local elected officials and business leaders, including Congresswoman Judy Chu,Los Angeles County Assessor Jeffrey Prang, Cerritos Mayor Grace Hu, Monterey Park Mayor Stephen Lam, Walnut Valley Water District Director Allen Wu, Beverly Hills China Business Development Manager Jennifer Liu, and John Cheng, President of American Chinese National Chamber of Commerce.
